Cirkulum \u2013 An international festival of new circus and street theatre in Ostrava<\/h1>\n

Live art in public space. That is the main topic of Saturday programme of CIRKULUM during Ostrava Museum Night on 8th June 2019.<\/p>\n

You will see both Czech and foreign artists, including mimes, live statues and stilt-walkers on live streets. Creative workshops right on the streets along Hlavn\u00edT\u0159\u00edda will also be a part of the programme.<\/p>\n

A special programme will be ready near Dukla Gallery. More information can be found on our Facebook \u201cCirkulum\u201d and on our web pages www.cirkulum.cz\/en\/. The unique festival is the largest outdoor event that takes place during the Ostrava Museum Night.<\/p>\n

And what else awaits us for the IV. festival year?<\/p>\n

The second June weekend on 7th June to 9th June Hlavn\u00edt\u0159\u00edda will come alive with street art and will become a European capital of new circus for a few days. Don\u2019t hesitate and visit CIRKULUM!<\/p>\n

This unique cultural festival will offer a weekend-long admission-free programme for the whole family and interior performances by top foreign artists in a magical environment of a circus tent and Auditorium of the Technical University Ostrava. Children and their parents can transfer over to a fantastic world full of artists, mimes, jugglers and exceptional artists, who will show you why the new circus is such a progressive direction of the contemporary art.

Artists and performers from Czechia, Italy, Germany, Israel, USA, Chile, France or Holland will perform on the street stages.<\/p>\n

Look forward to a variety of home and foreign artists, clowns, jugglers, musicians, stilt and tightrope walkers, living statues and many more.<\/p>\n

You should also not let a stunning barman-like show of Israel duo, water show of American artists Acrobuffos or a rhythmical LED show by French drummers slip through your fingers. Extra programme also includes a lot of activities for kids and for adults. The complete programme will be gradually unveiled at www.cirkulum.cz<\/p>\n
